Complaints
The customer is obliged to check for any damages upon receiving the goods and immediately report them to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if damages are visible. When we deliver the originally packaged package to your doorstep and you accept the goods with a mandatory signature on the delivery note, you confirm that the goods have been delivered properly.
Comments and Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Article 8, the customer can send their written complaints via email to planfeedo@gmail.com. PLANFEED D.O.O. will respond to all comments and complaints within a maximum of 15 days.
Dispute Resolution
The Seller and the Buyer will endeavor to resolve any disputes through mutual agreement and amicable means. Otherwise, the competent court in the Seller's place of business shall have jurisdiction.
