The company PLANFEEDO Ltd. and the online store use Stripe for credit card payments.

STATEMENT REGARDING THE USE OF Stripe uses Stripe for online payments.

As a payment processor, Stripe enables business owners to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and debit cards. Businesses can also accept payments from mobile wallets and buy now, pay later services. Stripe supports payments in various currencies.

Stripe has been audited and certified as a Level 1 PCI compliance service provider, which means it must undergo annual compliance reporting and routine security scanning and testing. Stripe encrypts all customer credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately, which means Stripe cannot view credit card numbers without taking additional steps.

Additionally, Stripe requires that all online transactions take place over a secure HTTPS network.

Encryption of sensitive data and communication

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. The decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers or daemons can obtain plain text card numbers, but they can request cards to be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers operates in a separate hosting environment and does not share any credentials with Stripe's primary services, including our API and website.

American Express Company

American Express Company (Amex) is an American multinational financial services corporation specializing in card payment.

American Express is a leading issuer of personal, small business, and corporate credit cards. The company's travel-related offers include traveler's checks, credit cards, business and personal travel planning services, travel packages, and hotel and car rental booking agencies.

MasterCard® SecureCode™

MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a new service from MasterCard and your card issuer that provides you with additional security when making online purchases. You do not need a new MasterCard or Maestro® card to use this service. You choose your personal MasterCard SecureCode and never share it with any internet merchant. The private code adds extra security against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card when you shop online.

Every time you make an online payment with your MasterCard or Maestro card, a window from your card issuer opens, prompting you to enter your personal SecureCode, just as it requires you to enter a PIN at an ATM. Within seconds, your card issuer verifies your information and allows you to complete your online purchase.

Verified by Visa

Same card, added online security.

Verified by Visa is a new service that allows you to shop online with added security.

The Verified by Visa process confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. This convenient way to shop is possible with your existing Visa card.

In addition, Verified by Visa is quick and easy to use. You only need to register your card once and create your own password. Then, after making a purchase at a participating store, the Verified by Visa window will appear. Simply enter your password and click "submit." Your identity is confirmed, and your purchase is secure.

To activate Verified by Visa on your Visa card or to learn more about it, contact the financial institution that issued your Visa card.

When you click "Pay," you will see an order confirmation that will be sent to your email address.

After the payment is processed, the customer receives an electronic notification indicating the delivery. The notification will be received during the first working day after the purchase (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm) or within 2-3 working days. The paper invoice will be sent to the customer, not necessarily together with the shipment.

The order confirmation together with these Terms and Conditions represents a Prior Notice within the meaning of Article 43 of the General Terms and Conditions. The customer will receive the confirmation of the prior notice (Article 44 of the General Terms and Conditions) together with the invoice for the purchased goods.
