This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through https://planfeedo.com (“Webshop”).


1. Delivery Area

We deliver to:

  • Croatia

  • Slovenia

  • Germany

  • Austria

If delivery to other EU countries is available, the available countries and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout after entering the delivery address.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after:

  • Order confirmation (card payments)

  • Receipt of payment (bank transfer)

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, seasonal sales), delivery times may be extended.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping €8 per item — maximum €16 for 3 or more items

The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before order confirmation during checkout.

We reserve the right to modify shipping prices. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of order.

Promotional campaigns may include free shipping under the conditions stated on the Website.


5. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via contracted delivery services.

We deliver via:

  • HP (Croatian Post)

  • GLS

  • inTime

In cooperation with our logistics partner Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE).

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email and, where available, a tracking number.


6. Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, customers are required to:

  • Check for visible damage

  • Report any damage immediately to the carrier

If visible damage exists, the customer may refuse acceptance of the shipment.

If a shipment is not accepted without justified reason, we reserve the right to charge actual shipping and return costs.


7. Incorrect Address Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If incorrect or incomplete address information results in the return of the shipment, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping.


8. International Shipping

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
