This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the webshop https://planfeedo.com (“Webshop”).
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email):

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice without undue delay via email.
3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
The goods must be:

Unused or only handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning

Undamaged

In original packaging (where applicable)
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return.
5. Diminished Value of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made goods or goods made to the consumer’s specifications

Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
(in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation)
7. Defective Goods / Lack of Conformity
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately:
In such cases, we will bear the return costs and will, depending on the situation:

Replace the product

Repair the product

Grant a price reduction

Issue a refund
In accordance with applicable law.
