This Return and Refund Policy applies to the purchase of products through the online store https://planfeedo.com ("Webshop").
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier).
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal — ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL BUTTON
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, from 19 June 2026, customers can exercise their right of withdrawal directly through an electronic form on our website — without needing to log in.

The process takes two steps:
- Click the withdrawal button and fill in the form (first name, last name, order number)
- You will receive an automatic confirmation by email

3. Return of Goods
Goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.
The goods must be:
- unused or used only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning
- undamaged
- in original packaging (if applicable)
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund
Upon receipt of the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), no later than 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the customer provides proof of shipment.
5. Diminished Value of Goods
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
In the event of damage caused by improper handling, the seller may reduce the refund amount proportionally to the diminished value.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
- goods which, after delivery, have by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items
(in accordance with Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act)
7. Defective Product / Material Defect
If a product has a material defect or an incorrect product has been delivered, the customer must contact us without delay: 📧 planfeedo@gmail.com
In such cases, the seller bears the cost of return and will, depending on the circumstances: replace the product, carry out a repair, offer a price reduction, or issue a refund — in accordance with applicable regulations.
